Romney needs to sign up for Obamacare and find a good doctor that cures him of a severe case of foot-in-mouth disease. We have seen it before, but we hoped not to hear or see any of it ever again. It's too embarrassing after such an embarrassing loss and all the other embarrassing statements we have heard from him. In a call with top campaign donors on Wednesday afternoon, Romney said that Obama won by offering "gifts" to African-Americans, Hispanics and young voters.
Now even Republicans have had it with the guy. Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana slams Romney for 'gifts' comment about minorities and young voters.
“I absolutely reject that notion,” Jindal, who was a surrogate for Romney’s campaign, said at the Republican Governors Association conference in Las Vegas. “I think that's absolutely wrong.”

[K]nowledgeable Republican sources tell me that [Marco] Rubio is not being vetted by Mitt Romney’s vice presidential search team. He has not been asked to complete any questionnaires or been asked to turn over any financial documents typically required of potential vice presidential candidates.
Although it is possible that Rubio may yet be asked to go through the vetting process, it has been nearly two months since Romney named his long-time aide Beth Myers to run his vice presidential search. Marco Rubio, the GOP rising star and passionate Tea Party supporter, has realized along with everybody else in America that the GOP is alienating Hispanic voters. He has decided that something has to be done to reverse the trend of Latino voters turning away from the GOP party, and after all, elections are coming up in November and the GOP is already lagging behind according to recent polls.
This smarty pants GOP rookie has figured out that if he proposes his own version of the Dream Act, the “mini Dream Act”, the Latinos are going to flock to the Republican Party en masse.
Yeah, right. Like Latinos cannot remember what party or presidential candidate proposed the “Self-deportation” solution.
Latinos are not easily fooled and can see through the machinations of the right. They know very well who voted [...]
